Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Integrative Health Medicine Advanced Practice Nurse to provide patient-centered coordinated care. This role involves utilizing a holistic approach to address the whole person, looking for the root cause of symptoms while evaluating the 5 pillars of Health and Well-Being.
- Part-Time position: Two 10-hour days
- Focus on integrative health medicine and non-pharmacological approaches
- Collaborate with other practice/hospital team members
- Develop and implement interdisciplinary integrative services
- Utilize evidence-based and value-based practices
- Graduate of an NLN/AACN accredited program in nursing
- Master's Degree
- Integrative Health and Medicine and/or functional medicine training
- Current valid, unencumbered NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license
- Certification as an APN in New Jersey
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support HCP certification
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience
- HeartMath certification (or willingness to work towards certification)
- Experience in adult medical/integrative medicine or integrative medicine education
- Membership in pertinent holistic nursing and integrative health professional organizations
