• Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain steady flow
• Perform minor surgical procedures and regional anesthesia
• Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Provide oversight and lead day-to-day operations
• Medical/Master's degree and certification
• Valid California license (PA, RN, or NP) with current national certification
• Controlled substance license and unrestricted California DEA license
• Experience in ER, urgent care or similar setting (minimum 1 year)
