Included Health is seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner to provide integrated virtual care. The role involves managing patient care, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
- Shift(s) available: 40 hours/week, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications:
- Current and active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure
- Board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)
- 3+ years of clinical experience in primary care or urgent care
- Ability to obtain RN and NP licensure in additional states

Salary:
$92,000 + equity + benefitsTarget per-visit compensation: $22,620
