Salary Range:
$135,000 - $150,000 /year
Description:
Tia is seeking a Nurse Practitioner passionate about women's health for our Brooklyn (Williamsburg) and Soho NYC locations. This role involves providing comprehensive primary and gynecological care while contributing to the development of Tia's innovative care model.
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week (4 x 10 hour shifts)
- Opportunity to work in both Williamsburg and Soho clinics
- Focus on shared decision-making and whole person care
- Participate in technology development, interdisciplinary case studies, and protocol development
Qualifications:
- Board certified Nurse Practitioner (Family Nurse Practitioner preferred) in New York
- Unrestricted license to provide primary and gynecological care
- Experience in annual exams, pap smears, hypertension management, diabetes management, anxiety and depression management, and urgent care concerns
- Tech-savvy with ability to adapt to new technologies
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Procedural skills: IUD insertions, Nexplanon insertion, and colposcopies (or willingness to learn)
- Experience in trauma-informed care, LGBTQ+ care, and gender-affirming hormone management
- Integrative medicine experience
- Diverse background or range of care experiences in different communities
