Description
Ophelia is seeking a Licensed Clinical Care Manager (NP or PA) to provide telehealth care for patients with opioid use disorder (OUD). This role involves delivering evidence-based, non-judgmental care as part of a collaborative team, focusing on medication for OUD (MOUD) and related mental health conditions.
- Provide clinical care to stable patients receiving MOUD
- Collaborate with prescribing clinicians, triage nurses, and care coordinators
- Conduct follow-up visits, induction check-in calls, and urine drug screen visits
- Use behavioral interventions to motivate patients and monitor treatment progress
- Work in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment
Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Pennsylvania
- 1-3+ years post-training experience
- Ability to provide patient-centered, non-judgmental care
- Experience working with vulnerable or marginalized populations
- Proficiency in telehealth environments
- Working knowledge of substance use disorders and psychopharmacology for OUD
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MOUD (not required; training provided)
- Familiarity with evidence-based psychosocial treatments and counseling techniques
