Description

Ophelia is seeking a Licensed Clinical Care Manager (NP or PA) to provide telehealth care for patients with opioid use disorder (OUD). This role involves delivering evidence-based, non-judgmental care as part of a collaborative team, focusing on medication for OUD (MOUD) and related mental health conditions.

  • Provide clinical care to stable patients receiving MOUD
  • Collaborate with prescribing clinicians, triage nurses, and care coordinators
  • Conduct follow-up visits, induction check-in calls, and urine drug screen visits
  • Use behavioral interventions to motivate patients and monitor treatment progress
  • Work in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment

Qualifications:

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Pennsylvania
  • 1-3+ years post-training experience
  • Ability to provide patient-centered, non-judgmental care
  • Experience working with vulnerable or marginalized populations
  • Proficiency in telehealth environments
  • Working knowledge of substance use disorders and psychopharmacology for OUD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with MOUD (not required; training provided)
  • Familiarity with evidence-based psychosocial treatments and counseling techniques
