High-volume surgical markets across South and Central Florida often concentrate hospital-system and ambulatory surgery center openings; treat that as geography, not a job-count claim.
Florida also opted out of the federal Medicare rule that otherwise requires physician supervision of CRNAs, so day-to-day autonomy still comes down to facility policy and the care-team model on the posting. There is no state income tax, which can change take-home versus a similar W-2 offer elsewhere, and winter “snowbird” volume can push OR schedules harder in some coastal and central markets than summer months do.
